a hotel stay that felt so gentle

maintained garden tennis court hotel standard

i really admired the well maintained gardens at the hotel. tennis courts had such care. food was of first class from breakfast through the evening. i found hotel standards of cleanliness to be highest i encountered.

staff was nice, even so, they seemed to be under too much pressure.

room was nice and clean and it worked well for us with the kids. we found beds grand and comfortable. a practically new baby cot was provided which seemed kind.

hotel features multiple pools and a very comfortable area. the kids enjoyed the heated pool. a hot spa pool added to the charm, particularly when outside was a bit chilly. i saw several tennis courts.

breakfast buffet was very good. the food had different options every night. i noticed a variety of excellent food in the restaurant. i can appreciate how fresh and tasty dinners and breakfast are.

staff on reception were very attentive and helpful. cleaning took place in the mornings, keeping the rooms tidy. superior service and they were really great to us throughout the week.
